Serenity Yoga Studio offers a range of yoga classes including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Our services are designed to promote wellness and mindfulness.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users are required to adhere to all guidelines provided during classes. It is your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider before participating in any class if you have health concerns.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All payments for classes must be made in advance. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and cash at the studio.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled class for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.

6. Liability Limitations

Serenity Yoga Studio is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in our classes. Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Serenity Yoga Studio, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Serenity Yoga Studio and protected by copyright laws.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal data only as necessary for providing our services and adhere strictly to UAE data protection regulations.

9. Force Majeure

Serenity Yoga Studio is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
